The
aluminium woodwork offered by "VALKOM"
LTD
is made of high quality profiles of
the Greek company EXALCO.
The profiles are offered in wide range
of colors – one hundred and eighty colors,
and eloxation of eight colors.
As most of the metals, aluminium is
a good conductor of heat. The modern
aluminium woodworks for windows and
doors are made of profiles consisting
of three components- inner and outer
frame between which a polyamide bond
with different thickness is put, long-lasting
stability and excellent heat insulation
qualities. This polyamide bond minimizes
transition of heat trough the aluminium
profile, saves energy and prevents from
condense.
Aluminium is a precious material; it
can’t become old and is not influenced
by the UV-rays. The profiles are produced
of special alloys with high solidity
at special technology, extra protected
by a polymer powder coating done at
220° C.
No bending, no need to re-paint at a
certain period of time, easily cleaned.
The low relatively linear extension
of the aluminium gives:
- better insulation;
- better functionality of the aluminium
woodwork;
- lack of deformations.
The aluminium woodwork is resistant
to wide temperature range /-80 to +80°C/
without deformations and cracking.
Depending on the customer’s preferences
we offer practically unlimited range
of colors, possibility for dichromatism
and imitation of wood.
Aluminium is one of the proved ecologic
materials. It is easily recycled without
damaging the environment.
The metal does not lose its value even
after disassembly. Giving it for scraps,
brings min. 40% returns of the invested
funds for aluminium profiles.
